Your Objectives:

- Lead Technician Onsite & Beyond: You’ll be the first line of defense for onsite technical issues while seamlessly balancing remote support, ensuring clients experience smooth, reliable service wherever they need it.
- Master of Problem Solving: You'll tackle technical challenges head-on, resolving issues independently without the need for escalation, proving yourself as the go-to expert in any situation.

- The Onsite Champion: You’ll confidently take charge of 90% of all onsite service requests, ensuring clients get swift and expert solutions from the tech hero they trust.

Do You Have What It Takes?
Experience Required:
- 1+ year in IT field services, supporting at least 10 remote sites.
- 3+ years of experience with workstations, servers, firewalls, switches, and network infrastructure.
Your Superpowers (Must-Have Skills):
- Master of Network Cabling: Trace, pull, and terminate cables with precision.
- Time Management Expert: Plan, schedule, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Customer Whisperer: Empathize with clients and calmly solve their problems, even under pressure.
- Tech Ninja: You have broad knowledge of various technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot issues across different platforms.
- Handy & Adaptable: Comfortable with power tools, you can McGyver your way through challenges with creativity and skill.
Bonus Powers (Nice to Have):
- Familiarity with VoIP Management.
- Familiarity with NVR/DVR/Camera Troubleshooting.
- Network+ Certification or similar qualifications.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365.
